In Memory Of . . . .

The Center for Traumatic Grief and Victim Services has formed the Legacy of Love Fund, which serves as a living memorial to those we cherish so dearly, but lost too soon. Through free will donations, guided by their hearts, individuals, families and businesses help ensure that affordable specialized counseling and other essential services are available to families impacted by the death of their loved one. Contributions have been made to memorialize the following individuals: 


The "Legacy of Love Fund" serves as a living memorial to those we cherish so dearly, but lost due to a sudden unexpected death. Through free will donations, guided by their hearts, individuals, families, and businesses help ensure that specialized counseling and other essential services are available to traumatized families at minimal or no cost.


The fund was established in April of 2000 following the generous donation made by Janis Fosse, in memory of her daughter, Diane. The donation was Janis's way of expressing her sincere appreciation for the support both she and her surviving grandchildren received from CTGVS. Other families quickly followed her lead, making donations following the completion of one of our programs.


The expression of love shown through bequests and contributions made to the "Legacy of Love Fund" lessens the emotional and financial burden on families dealing with the aftermath of a sudden death.


It provides comfort to those who never had the opportunity to say goodbye to their loved one, by enabling them to help other grieving families, and keeping their own loved one's memory alive.
